About Julie Meeks

My name is Julie Meeks, and I am a health and wellness coach. I am trained to work with individuals who have past painful learning experiences and/or trauma.  My first focus is to help you understand what is going on in your brain and body by identifying the ways your past experiences are impacting your life today. Over the course of our work together, I will equip you with tools and methods to change your patterns of behavior that are harming yourself, your health, your relationships, and even job performance. My approach is client-centered and based on research and neuroscience.  

My journey to finding healing from my own trauma and past painful learning  experiences has created a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding of the  many challenges one encounters in life. It is with this experience I know that  healing is attainable and sustainable.
