Personal Coaching:

As a Trauma Informed Coach, I provide the tools and methods needed to empower you to bring healing to yourself. Life can be very chaotic and overwhelming causing you to be stressed and anxious. You will gain an understanding of the way your brain works and learn how to navigate this chaos while staying grounded in peace and balance. These tools will help you achieve a healthier lifestyle and improve your communication and coping skills.

Professional Resilience Coaching:

In these sessions we focus on job related compassion fatigue and burnout. You will develop the tools to bring healing and the skills to continue working in your career with renewed passion and resilience.

Group Training Sessions:

I work with groups on how to build resilience in life by understanding and practicing the tools and methods needed for healing based on science and research.

Couples Coaching

Building a healthy relationship can often be challenging especially when we find ourselves unable to hear each other because of anger, defensiveness, and/ or avoidant tendencies. I work with couples to change the way they relate to each other by giving them the tools to create a meaningful life together.
